Multiple Refrigeration Capacity Control (MRC-series)

Capacity control often used to reduce operational cost or to make effective system operation especially in large capacity refrigeration and air conditioning system by several methods. The TEACH′s MRC-series trainer is suitable for learning the basic principles how the refrigerating capacity controlled. All models equipped with electric heater to apply load in the evaporator.
Four optional models for capacity control method are available here:

MRC-INV-SRG2: Single Compressor controlled by inverter (variable speed drive)
MRC-ULD-SRG6: Single Compressor controlled by loading and unloading the cylinder
MRC-HGB-SRG2: Single Compressor controlled by hot gas bypass
MRC-ST3-HRG1: Multiple Compressors controlled by staging operation

EXPERIMENTAL CAPABILITIES
Analyzing the components function.
Analyzing how the refrigerating capacity controlled
Determination Compressor input power at different load.
Determination degree of superheats in the Evaporator and suction line.
Determination degree of desuperheat in the discharge line.
