The TEACH′s Hermetic Compressor Troubleshooting Trainer has been specifically designed for educational use. It guides students through a program of troubleshooting exercises.
RE-HCTB-01K is suitable for the students at the beginning in studying about hermetic compressor. The Instructor able to introduce faults such as open / short winding, compressor body grounded due to winding leakage, or testing the students to find out blind (unmark) hermetic compressor connection. The winding position easy to change by means position selector for example from original R-S-C to C-R-S, S-R-C, or C-S-R. This model is special designed for winding troubleshooting. No external power supply required for this model.
RE-HCTI-05K is suitable for the next level. With live compressor and 17 faults can be introduces to the system; the student able to analyze effect like the starting relay faulty, broken torque booster, protector faulty, burn out winding, etc.
Model RE-HCTA-05K is our advance trainer. The compressor connected to normal refrigeration circuit. The compressor monitoring instruments; voltmeter, amperemeter, pressure gauges, and digital temperature for monitoring suction and discharge is provided, so the students able to analyze the compressor malfunction effect and performance at different load.

Hermetically sealed Compressor, High Pressure Gauge, Low Pressure Gauge, Control Valve, High Pressure Control, Capillary Tube, Starting Capacitor, Running Capacitor, Current Relay (standard), Voltmeter, Amperemeter, 17 Electrical Faults.
Additional components for model RE-HCTA-05K:
Forced Air Condenser, Replaceable Filter Drier, Forced Air Evaporator, and Access Valve.
