Commercial Refrigeration System

MODEL: CO-CRS-RE


The system contains a normal cooling circuit and a deep-freezing circuit. Both are supplied from a powerful compressor. The unit is equipped with a constant evaporator pressure regulator, heat exchanger, oil separator, electronics controller, defrosting heater and many other features of commercial refrigeration systems. As an optional feature up to 17 electrical fault circuits can be integrated into the system, these simulate typical problems that occur on refrigeration systems. The faults can be activated by using test lead.

EXPERIMENTAL CAPABILITIES
- Familiarization with the basic layout of a refrigeration system with a normal cooling stage
and a deep-freezing stage
- Familiarization with the key components of a refrigeration system and their function
- Fault simulation, fault-finding and fixing
- Illustration of the cyclic process on a p-h state diagram
- Basic thermodynamic calculations, such as refrigerating capacity, mechanical and thermal
efficiency, energy balances, etc.
- Single and parallel operation of cooling stages

EXTEND OF SUPPLY
Hermetic or Semi-Hermetic Compressor (depend on your selection), forced air condenser, 2x forced air evaporators, heat exchanger and suction accumulator, 2x solenoid valves, evaporator pressure regulator, 7x pressure gauges, 2 x thermal expansion valve (TXV), 2x capillary tube expansion device, 7x sight glasses, filter-drier, low/high pressure switch, electronic controller, shut-off valves for faults and isolating parts and a 2 compartment cabinet with 2x temperature meters and 2x thermostat control.
