As per extend of supply it suitable for learning basic refrigeration cycle for comfort air-conditioning systems. If required select optional system accessories, fault simulators and instrumentation for higher level training system.

EXTEND OF SUPPLY
Hermetic sealed reciprocating Compressor, Forced air Condenser and Evaporator with variable fan speed control, Filter Drier, Capillary Tube and TXV (internal equalizer) for standard expansion devices, Suction Accumulator, 3 sight glasses with moisture indicator
4 Manual Valves, 2 Access Valves, Low Pressure Gauge (Bourdon type), High Pressure Gauge (Bourdon type), Low Pressure Control, High Pressure Control, Thermostat, Temperature Display with 7 selectable thermocouple sensors, Electrical Switchboard with Voltmeter and Amperemeter. Unit protected by Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker.

Reduce noise due to pressure fluctuation

Counting refrigerant flowrate
10. CAC-BAC-PRV Pressure Relief Valve
Used for over pressure protection
11. CAC-BAC-CFC Condenser Fan Cycling Control
Turn on the Condenser Fan Motor when condensing pressure reaches the setpoint.
Used to maintain condensing operating pressure/temperature
12. CAC-BAC-OS Oil Separator
Prevent the Compressor for lack of oil by returned it to the Compressor crankcase
13. CAC-BAC-SV Solenoid Valve
Shut-off the liquid line for pump down process
14. CAC-BAC-CPR Crankcase Pressure Regulator (plus 1 Manual Valve for bypass)
Prevent Compressor from overload while start-up by maintain constant pressure in the Compressor crankcase
15. CAC-BAC-COR Condensing Pressure Regulator (plus 1 Manual Valve for shut-off)
Maintain constant pressure in the Condenser
16. CAC-BAC-EPR Evaporator Pressure Regulator (plus 1 Manual Valve for bypass)
Maintain constant pressure in the Evaporator
